Won a bid from them on a online gun auction so next day tried to contact them by phone. For the next 6 hours during their normal business hours I got nothing but a busy signal indicating that obviously they had their phone off the hook for some reason.

Last year I purchased some sig sauer mags from them(yes I know I'm late). The person I spoke to on the phone was awesome to deal with and very helpful. They cut me a deal for buying more than one, and shipped them expediently. When I buy my next gun I will go to them to buy extra magazines

They are grest to deal with, as I have used them on many different occasions. My last order I made a mistake and ordered the wrong items. After a phone conversation with Mike i was completely satisfied that he did the right thing to help me out. No problem

there communication with there customers over internet doesn't happen i tried to get a answer on a item over auction arms 3 times with no response so had to bid and place in the comment's that they would pay shipping not good
