Comments: These guys are easy to work with and are very understanding IF you are easy to work with. If you come in with a lousy attitude and treat them like they owe you something don't expect great results, as with most everything. I've dealt with these guys several times and they've been AWESOME! They've been honest and willing to be to reasonable. If you've got crap they'll tell you, if they want what you have, they'll tell you. I love walking in to this shop every time.

Comments: When pawning items, they show you how much you can get your items for on the internet and they base what they will give you on that. They are very friendly and will help you with items you plan to purchase no matter how electronic inept you are. I will continue to use this place for the extent of my stay in Charlottesville.

Comments: SHOPPER BEWARE!!THESE PEOPLE AT THIS PAWN SHOP ARE NOT NICE BUSINESS PEOPLE. I PICKED UP MY RINGS AND THE MAN SAID WE WERE BUMS BEACUSE WE ALWAYS PAWNED MY RINGS AND PICKED THEM UP. THEY LEANT ME 20.00 AND I PAYED THEM 36.50 BACK. THEY THREW THE RINGS AT MY HUSBAND AND ONE OF THEM LANDED ON THE FLOOR. THEY SAID THEY WASENT MAKING ANY MONEY OFF OF US.THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE AT THE TIME. I AM PLANNING ON NOTIFYING THE B.B.B. AND I HOPE APPROPIATE ACTION IS TAKEN. THEY SAID WE WOULD BE BACK. NO WE WONT. YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS.
