Comments:  I had used this shop many times and everything was fine but last time I went there I unfortunately had to pawn my grandmas ring that is a family heirloom when I got it out they had altered it taking the diamonds that were in it with smaller diamonds it was covered in gook from them saudering it back together I watched them seal it in put it in the vault there would be no reason for them to get it back out but they did there were multiple staple marks when I called the corporate office they never returned my call I'll never ever go there again if u care about your jewelry find some place else

Comments:  I agree that the store is slow and the employees lazy. But whom ever I worked with when pawning my items was friendly. They do offer dirty cheap prices for your items but I didn't expect much from a pawn shop.

Comments:  I went to this pawn shop to sell them my extra xbox 360, the guy hooks it up and says "ok we can give you $65" I wasn't going to take it but I needed the money so I said ok. he goes in back for a few and this other guy comes out and said that the guy that was helping me had to take a phone call, that he would finish. He hooks it all back up again (WTF?) then says "ok we can offer you $40 today" I was like "the other guy just said $65!" he says "I'm not sure why he said $65, we can only offer $40 today" so I left and I'll never go back.

Comments:  I recently pawned some items at this location.My only complaint is how slow their service is.I waited behind two people in line for twenty minutes!!I would understand waiting that long if they only had two people working but there was six people working there at that time slacking off.Maybe their district or regional manager should pay more visits to their stores to see how poor their customer service is there.If i was them i would recruit new people that aren't slow,friendly and want to work.It's a shame.I hope management reads this seriously.

Comments:  There are some people there who try as hard as they can to give the least amount of money for pawned items. They want to get as much of your precious items as they can. I have a good idea as to how much money I should be able to get for the items I need to pawn. Some of the employees are rude and act as if you are not helping their business from the interest they charge. They are wrong.
